30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your QuickByte subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all QuickByte orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@quickbyteapp.live and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within a few business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle. After cancellation you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period — we do not charge you again, and we do not pro-rate partial months by default.
Beyond the guarantee period
After the 30-day guarantee period, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in line with the Paddle Refund Policy. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing issue, please contact us or Paddle and we will do our best to make it right.
